Gather is designed to honour families coming together across generations.
Includes:
90 minutes of photography
Ideal for larger families or multi-generational gatherings
One meaningful shared activity (a walk, a meal, time at home, or just being together)

Booking with me is designed to feel easy and intentional. My role is to guide you through each step so you can feel supported from the very beginning.
01. Reach Out

I’d love for you to tell me a little about you—what you’re dreaming up, what season of life you’re in, or what brought you here. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
I’ll personally review your inquiry and respond within 48 hours with next steps and availability.
02. Connect
Once we connect, we’ll make sure this feels like the right fit.
I’ll walk you through my approach, answer any questions, and organize an opportunity to learn more about you. I’ll help you choose the session or package that best reflects what you want to create together.
This session should feel supportive and collaborative.
03. Confirm
When you’re ready to move forward, we will officially book your session with a signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer. From there, your date is held just for you.
You can take a deep breath—everything else is guided.
04. Plan
The planning phase is about working together. You’ve trusted me with your experience, now I will take the lead and work with you to make sure your love story is honoured exactly as you need it to be.

05. Your Session
Your session is the moment we’ve been working towards. It’s your time to be present and have fun!
I’ll guide you throughout offering direction when needed and space when it matters most so the photos you receive are genuine to you & your connection.

How do I book a session?

When can I expect a response from you?
I will do my best to respond within 1-3 days.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your session date. The full session balance is due 5 days before your session. You can choose to pay your service fees in instalments or all at once.
How do I pay for the session or deposit?
There is a portal through my website on the book with me page, or e-transfer me at brookehoveyphotography@gmail.com.
I would like a second shooter, can you arrange this?
Yes. I would discuss why this might be right for you and we can go from there to find someone.
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes! Each delivered image is professionally edited to match my aesthetic or your vision. I do not offer delivery of raw, unedited files.
Can I print my photos?
Absolutely. Your gallery includes high-resolution images you can print anywhere. I also offer professional prints and albums through the gallery platform. I have used it first hand to give gifts to clients & friends so I am happy to help you.
Do you retouch skin or body features?
I provide light, natural retouching (skin blemishes, colour correction, etc.) while staying true to your real appearance. If you want anything specific, we can chat about it.
How do you make people feel comfortable on camera?
I guide you every step of the way — gentle prompts, movement, and a lot of laughs/smooches. My goal is to help your photos feel natural, not staged.
How long until I get my photos?
My turnaround time for a full gallery is typically 2 weeks for smaller sessions and 8–16 weeks for weddings or larger projects. I love to keep the momentum going & often send sneak peeks as soon as possible after a session.
What if the weather is bad?
We can reschedule, or embrace the day. I am flexible & will help make the decision with you based on the vision for your shoot. Some of my coolest shots have happened in the most unlikely settings.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If you need a payment plan, just ask — I’m happy to accommodate.
How many photos will I receive?
Every session is different, but I don’t limit creativity. You’ll receive a hand-picked gallery full of the best images from our time together — no worrying about missing moments. I’ll send you as much as I can.
